Window Cleaning Policy 

 

  1. All windows will be cleaned using a streak-free solution and high-quality squeegees.

  2. All window cleaning will be done by trained and experienced staff members.

  3. Windows will be cleaned as agreed upon with the customer.

  4. Any damages or issues with the windows will be reported to the customer immediately.

  5. All staff members will follow proper safety procedures while cleaning windows.

  6. Any customer complaints or issues will be addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

  7. In case of inclement weather or illness, the cleaning will be rescheduled to the next available date agreed upon with the customer.

  8. An extra charge may apply for extremely dirty windows that require additional cleaning time or materials. The customer will be informed of the additional charge before any additional cleaning is performed.

  9. If the customer requests exterior only cleaning and the screens are not removed, an additional charge may apply for the extra time and effort required to clean around the screens. The customer will be informed of the additional charge before the cleaning is performed.

 

Pressure Washing Policy

 

  1. All pressure washing will be done using professional-grade equipment and techniques.

  2. All staff members performing pressure washing will be trained and experienced in the proper use of equipment and safety procedures.

  3. A detailed estimate of the cost and scope of the pressure washing will be provided to the customer before any work begins.

  4. The customer will be informed of any potential issues or limitations with the pressure washing, such as damage to certain materials or surfaces.

  5. The customer will be informed of any necessary preparation required before pressure washing, such as removing outdoor furniture or covering delicate plants.

  6. All equipment and tools will be properly maintained and stored to prevent damage to customers' property.

  7. Any damages or issues that occur during the pressure washing will be reported to the customer immediately and resolved in a timely manner.

  8. Any customer complaints or issues will be addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

  9. In case of inclement weather or illness, the cleaning will be rescheduled to the next available date agreed upon with the customer.

  10. An extra charge may apply for additional services or if the surfaces are extremely dirty. The customer will be informed of the additional charge before any additional cleaning is performed.

  11. Property owners' water will be used for cleaning at no additional charge to LME home services. If property owner does not have access to water.

  12. 100% removal of stains or oxidation is not guaranteed, LME home services will make every effort to remove as much as possible but some stains or oxidation may remain.

  13. If additional chemicals or time is needed to complete the job, there will be an additional charge to the customer, and the customer will be notified before any additional work starts.
